The monthly calendar allowed me to remind students and parents of important events and changes. As you know how crazy going through papers daily can be - especially if there is a fundraiser, popcorn day or picture day... I wanted to separate communicating behavior, special events and sending in money/forms/signed papers. So we used the middle fasteners to hold an additional pocket and a monthly piece of paper. We had paper work in out hand that and their staff was unable to locate anything on our family member. I called them 50+miles away and they got it all taken care of for us. Unfortunately I wish like a lot of others I could post negative stars. I was traveling from Iowa to Arizona when I suddenly lost my spouse. When I called about death certificates Josh had told me the person handling my case would call me back right away because they were already sent out.

Very nice folks, but they told us that the cremation would take place in two days - it took nine. It was the last thing we needed -- having to call and chase them down to get information - they didn't event call us to tell us about the delays. Nice counts for nothing compared to this.

I recently went to Riverside for arrangements of a deceased relative. The process was easy, the staff were professional, and everything as expected. I appreciated the extra steps they took for my mom, who was an air force vet, and would recommend Riverside for easy, inexpensive cremations. Other funeral homes our family has used in the past have been very dishonest in their pricing. Riverside shows you all pricing up front which is 1/3 the price of any other funeral homes we have used in the past. I want to acknowledge Miguel, Thomas and Christine for an outstanding job taking care of my daddy. I knew he was in good hands from the moment I walked in. I will definitely recommend your funeral home to anyone who needs services. Its sad when a family member dies but to also be treated like another person or a number when that happens is even worse. My Dad died and was cremated at Riverside recently. We met to go over the arrangements with Octavia.

The investigation will take some time but the actions were taken. Stating "He likes to see himself on T.V" and "You don't have firm ground to stand on". This guy and his staff are grade A scum bags out their for your dollar and not willing to even give you a smile to work for it. They pray on weak people at a weak moment and are no better than your neighborhood crooks.

Perhaps spending a little time on continuing education would be an invaluable asset to your company. I'm only writing this review so other people do not get trapped into this place. They were supposed to call and let us know when they were going to do it and they never called. I called to ask them why they didn't; all they wanted to do was argue and disagree with me. The manager cussed at me and hung up the phone. The owner threatened me and hung up the phone.

Staff was great with helping us understand everything that was going on. I was a little hesitant at first after reading some of the reviews but the service was beautiful and the staff was great, I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, I’ll use Riverside. Staff at chapel during viewing are very understanding and sympathetic to my family's needs courteous and professional at the same time.

I highly recommend Riverside and Chris without reservation. This is the cost to purchase a burial vault from the funeral home. A burial vault is required for most cemeteries, but you may choose to purchase one online or elsewhere, if you'd wish. Paula Dominguez was incredibly kind, professional and responsive. She made a difficult time easier and was always prompt with answering any questions or concerns.
